CYCLES OF HEALING is an annual training event, hosted by Harmony Family Center and the ASAP (Adoption Support and Preservation) Program, that focuses on different concerns for families and professionals. Each year, we strive to provide excellent training opportunities to East Tennessee for little or no cost to foster/adoptive families and the professionals that serve them.
