Everyday a child is in custody is a day of childhood lost.

Partners for Recruitment is a program designed to ask families to consider the possibility of adopting.  Currently over 300 children live in Tennessee’s foster care system with no prospect of a forever family.  The task before us is great – it is a calling, a mission:  to recruit families to once more embark upon the journey of opening their hearts and homes to a special needs child.

It is our belief that the key to a successful adoption is continued support during the process and beyond finalization. Through the Adoption Support and Preservation Program (ASAP), families now receive on-going post-adopt services including in-home therapy and support groups.  ASAP is Tennessee’s promise to support you and your family.  You are no longer alone.

Together, statewide, the Department of Children’s Services, Catholic Charities, AGAPE and Harmony are seeking out potential forever families who are interested in becoming a hero for just one child. What If you or someone you know were the promise of family for one of these 300 children?
